Shock was born 19/5/00. Shock is so named because his arrival on this earth came as a "shock" to us all. Burgundy in all previous years had never had a calf and had always tried to help her own mother in looking after her brother or sister. So, it came as quite a "shock" when, in her 9th year, she finally managed it. |

His mother, Burgundy, (DOB 21/5/91, mother Tuna) was a dark breeding female and as can be seen in the top photograph, she grew very large and shapely antlers. |
